RAW BANANA FRITTERS/ VAZHAKKA BAJJI





Raw banana or plantain is commonly used in Indian cooking much like the potatoes. It is versatile and can be used to cook curries, stir fries, snacks, etc. Raw banana fritters orVazhakka bajji is a very popular snack in Tamil Nadu. It can be served with chutney or tomato sauce and is best served as an evening snack with tea.

MUTTON SOUP





Mutton soup is a delicious and healthy soup which gets done in a jiffy. It is cooked without oil and is mildly seasoned with pepper. This soup can also be prepared with mutton bones. We usually serve Mutton soup as a clear soup after passing it through a strainer, but you can also have it as it is. If you are serving as a clear soup, then use large chunks of mutton as it will be easy to separate the mutton which can be used to make other mutton based gravies. To serve as it is, use very small pieces of mutton and cook for 2 more whistles.

HOW TO MAKE WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA BASE

Just knead together these few ingredients, pinch small balls, flatten and place it in the tray and then into the oven and voila, sweet smelling and delicious cookies are done. This recipe makes approximately 14 mini cookies. You can also make normal sized cookies and increase the proportions to make more cookies.
